I just got back from terrific week in Nashville for the first ever U.S. RecFest event, an outdoor conference for the recruiting world.

It was by all accounts well done and the vibes were “relaxed” if you asked any of the attendees. There were approximately 20+ vendors and 1,000+ attendees during the two day event.

There were parties each night hosted by Hackajob, Erin App, Humanly and others. My video below will give you a quick peek at the sights and sounds form the event.
